Well hi there - I am so glad you are here!

I’m Clare. I grew up in Melbourne, and followed my heart to Sydney about 10 years ago. We have two fur-babies, Hunter Harper (Kelpie)  and Neo (Griffon) who fill our inner city home with all the good kinds of crazy.

I’ve always been creative and drawn to photography which I studied at RMIT.  I’ve been a professional photographer for the last 20 years, but my career has also included being a personal trainer (I’m one of those weird people that really love fitness), and an operations manager for a large commercial firm. But my love has always been the arts and when I am not taking photos, you can find me in my studio working on my next gallery show. I also have a passion for hand colouring photographs which is my way of bringing photography and fine art together. Hand colouring takes time and produces unique works that are impossible to replicate, which I think is really important in a world with so much that is fast and digital.

I photograph individuals, families (including fur-baby families), entrepreneurs, creatives and businesses. I love creating portraits that go beyond simply looking good and instead capture personality, character and the little things that make someone who they are.
